Kier has also created Solum Regeneration, a joint venture delivery vehicle between Network Rail and Kier Property. Set up in 2008 to bring forward 14 mixed-use developments around the railways.

Development Managers
London
We are looking for Development Managers who are able to work on live schemes with minimal supervision and identify and win new business opportunities.
General development management duties will include:
• Full “cradle to grave” development management from the identification of new property development opportunities to delivering projects which generate high financial returns.
• Leading the project team, including the co-ordination of the project management input, by ensuring effective communication and participation amongst all the parties relevant to the successful definition and operation of the project.
• Negotiating at the highest level with landowners, tenants, consultants, statutory authorities, funders and joint venture partners including the documentation of complex legal agreements.
• Preparing the business case and obtaining financial approvals for the project. As custodian of the business case, undertaking detailed financial appraisals and rigorously managing the development appraisal and cash flow throughout the development
