£12,000-£15,000 per annum plus commission and car allowance OTE £30,000 in year 1

We are a successful independent and family run Sales and Lettings Agency in North London looking for a driven and motivated Junior Negotiator to join our thriving team.

You will have the following:

Great interpersonal skills with a confident yet professional manner
Willingness to learn and ‘muck in’
Ability to be proactive, use initiative and be organised
Be able to ‘hit the ground running’
Knowledge of North London, in particular Highgate is advantageous but not essential
Full clean driving license and own car
Be committed to a career within Estate Agency
Duties include but are not limited to:

Dealing with sales and lettings enquiries via telephone, website and walk-in, identifying potential leads
Secure appointments for viewings, accompanying potential buyers/tenants on viewings, follow up the appointment and secure offers
Negotiate with Vendors and prospective buyers
Give reports on progress and successful sales.
