| Job Information | One of the leading independent Estate Agents in the UK require a Commercial and development property Agent. We are seeking a proactive, self motivated individual with a genuine interest in property looking for a challenge. The main aspect of the role is the identification, acquisition and sale of commercial and investment properties and development opportunities. The candidate would need to have good people skills and the ability to negotiate and agree property transactions. Experience is beneficial but certainly not essential therefore the role is open to both trainees and experienced property people. This is an excellent opportunity to join the expanding team and become part of their Commercial, Investment & Development Division covering London and the South East.
