This sociable Property company needs a really organised Secretary for this varied Team Sec role: someone with bags of initiative and good prioritising skills who is always on the ball! You’ll have at least 50-60 wpm audio and copy typing and advanced Word, Excel and Power Point skills. You will have at some solid secretarial experience, ideally within Property, and will now feel that you want to take your skills and organisational talents and develop them further. Essential requirements within this Senior Team Secretary position include: Previous Secretarial experience supporting a busy team within a professional services environment, preferably Property. Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, 60 wpm copy and audio typing. Initiative and a proactive, adaptable approach, Self motivated, Reliable, Assertiveness and confidence, Excellent organisational and prioritising skills, Strong communication, both spoken and written. Key responsibilities within this Senior Team Secretary opportunity include: Audio and copy typing correspondence and producing extensive reports and Power Point presentations. Involved in fee process from start to finish including updating and maintaining the fee schedule. Reporting monthly figures to Finance and Departmental Head, Organising and attending team meetings, Arranging key client entertainment, Preparing and co-ordinating conferences and conference calls. Diary management including arranging meetings and booking meeting rooms, Making travel arrangements, Organising events and client entertainment, Creating expenses, Maintaining soft filing system, Mail merges and mail outs and producing schedules and maps. |
