This established and forward thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to further increase its share of the market and they are now looking to actively grow the business through sales/lettings and listings and to enhance still further the reputation of the company for quality and performance.

Senior Sales/Lettings Negotiator – Residential Estate Agency

The agency would like you to have an in-depth knowledge of his/her applicant base, allowing him/her to not only match buyers/tenants with sellers/landlords but buyers/tenants with ‘virtual’ sellers/landlords. In other words, they are looking for the consummate deal maker who can see success, be it in front of his/her nose or out in the distance. The telephone is the prime selling tool and their new associate will have a great fondness for this old but essential aid.

Key responsibilities: From day one you will focus wholly on the selling/renting and listing process and use the tools of trade as a great opportunity to create income. Having said that, the rewards structure caters for personal as well as team effort and as such, they are very keen to create the best of both worlds, team spirit alongside personal success.

Remuneration:  Successful candidates will be offered a basic salary to £16,000 with a superb commission structure. On target earnings are £30,000 to £35,000 + company car or car allowance.
