£28-32,000 Salary Per annum

One of London’s most reputable and well marketed estate agencies is looking for an experienced Block Property Manager to join the existing team in NW1. The main focus of the role is to manage a portfolio of properties for both commercial Landlords and Resident Management Companies. and duties will include but will not be limited to:

-Undertaking regular property inspections, management of any client staff
-Negotiating competitive service contracts; supervision of contractors;
-Producing service charge budgets for client approval
-Arrears recovery
-Production of Section 20 Notices in respect of major works and long term agreements
-Dealing with pre-contract enquires from solicitors; Licenses to Sublet and Alterations
-Attendance at client meetings including board meetings, usually out of office hours; Taking minutes where required
-Where required to attend new business presentations
-Compliance with quality objectives in responding to correspondence and phone calls

Ideally the right person for this role will have 5 years+ experience working in the field of block management and will be AIRPM certified.
