The senior sales consultant will work closely by the director and the other negotiators in order to generate and complete sales. The senior sales consultant will also be responsible for selling other services such as EPC’s and surveys and mortgage appointments. You will be based in Hartley Witney which is a small, sought after village competing against two other agents for instructions. However, there are possible progression opportunities within the company at other branches.

The successful senior sales consultant will ideally have at least 2 years experience in the industry as well as be confident, willing to work hard, achieve and exceed targets set as well as have a friendly work ethic. You will be working in a high end market selling houses averaging £1million and therefore, the senior sales candidate will need to be able to create good customer relationships in order to beat the competition. Listings experience is an advantage but isnt essential as the director will carry out most of the valuations for the branch.

The company are looking for the right person for the role, therefore, the senior sales consultant will need to be professional, look presentable and ideally be able to be a friend as well as a sales consultant to customers.

The senior sales consultant can expect a basic package of around £21-25k basic including car allowance plus commissions. The working hours will be mon- fri with alternate sats (with the intention of it becoming 1 in 3 sats).
