This position is for a sharp, quick thinking lettings expert who possess the personality and skill to provide leadership to a team with equal ambition to produce strong levels of business.

In your capacity as Lettings Manager wou will be the daily driver of the business and must be comfortable with setting targets and providing leadership, direction and inspiration through your own outstanding ability; Your success will be through your team & branches.

A working knowledge of the WC and EC postal areas is a must as it is imperative that you understand the competition and local pricing; with a minimum of 2 years experience in the Letting industry at Senior Lettings Negotiator level or above amd must include responsibility for take-ons.

The right candidate will have excellent earning potential; you will be working for a well respected leading brand name in the industry.
