Job Information	Trainee Negotiator - South West London Our client is an independent estate agency located in South West London with over 10 years’ experience. Our client is a very innovative thinking company with a friendly approach. They are looking for a customer focused and driven candidate to join a number of their teams. Company profile: The company has gained a reputation as one of the most dynamic independent estate agencies in the South West. Our client prides themselves for their innovative marketing approach and differentiating themselves from competitors. There friendly and team orientated approach has earned them a great status within the property market. Character profile: Most importantly they require customer focused individuals, a proven track record in sales is beneficial but not essential. You need to be articulate and self-motivated. Package: Basic: £12k-£15k Commission: 10% OTE: £35k Company Car: Depending on office Hours: 9am-7pm (Mon-Fri), 10am-4pm (Sat on a rota), Day off in lieu when you work a Saturday.
