We are on the hunt for an estate agent/ sales negotiator, to join a leading, expanding, thriving and well established estate agent, based in one of their busy Canary Wharf offices. Suitable sales negotiators will have a vibrant and outgoing personality, with a strong track record in sales and be confident hitting and exceeding targets. As a sales negotiator you will be required to drive, so a clean driving license is preferable. Estate Agent/ Sales Negotiator Responsibilities: Registering new applicants both over the phone and face to face Arranging and attending viewings Negotiating with landlords and prospective buyers Estate Agent/ Sales Negotiator Requirements: A strong sales background, with previous experience of working to targets Self-motivated, money hungry, desire to succeed Our client will offer the successful sales negotiator a basic salary in the region of £14,000 with an excellent commission and bonus structure, on target earnings in the region of £40,000+ and superb career progression opportunities. A full driving license is essential for this role. |
